So I arrived a little late to the party today but I still managed to attend two of the round table discussions and a bit of the reception. Details on my visit after the jump.
SCAD’s GDX Starts today at 4:00 p.m. I won’t be there till probably 7 or so but you should get there as soon as you can. The roundtable discussions could possibly be the most informative part of this conference.

Last night was the first GGDA Meeting Tony and I have attended. All was well and we got some more information about the upcoming SIEGE con. Price should be somewhere between $25-$45. Which is more than reasonable for a three day conference.

The Georgia Game Developers Association is having an open house of sorts tomorrow night, inviting both members and first-time guests to Computer ArenA in Roswell for beer and games from 6:30 until closing.

So what does this mean for you? Georgia House Bill 1100 allows the available tax incentive for Film, Music, and Interactive Entertainment Projects to be increased from the previous 9%-12% to 20%-30%.
